Gas Steam Boiler Combustion system is one of the most important boiler systems in a boiler. Knowing how to install the combustion system is very important. 

1. The installation of oil pipes or gas pipes should be accord to the design of boiler room.
2. Hydrostatical test is made and Hydraulic test pressure is 1.25 times than work pressure, when fuel system is finished (The minimum test pressure is 0.4MPa).
3. When fuel system piping is installed completely, they should be washed by water or steam more than twice until clean medium is removed. When washing, you should have some technical measures approved. After washing, you should remove dead angle and residue.
4. When fuel system piping is installed completely, Oil circulation test is made to the total system.
5. Gas should be sent to the burner to the shortest way. The diameter of air duct must be larger than the fittings pipe.
6. Gas-tight test is made when fuel system piping is installed completely. Gas-tight test is made to fittings parts with more than 1bar air or inert gas firstly. Total test is made to all pipe system from main cut off device to cut off valve of burner with air or inert gas (1.1*work pressure and the minimum pressure is 50mbar) at the condition of electromagnetic valve closed. Region connection is painted with foam material or anti-corrosion materials.
